We do this by conducting a comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA), Designing various Competency Standards tailored to suit the unique needs of our clients, facilitating classroom-based and On-the-job training, conduct both Capability Assessments and On-the-Job Competency Assessments for employees who successfully go through our training. We have a pool of local and international training and development consultants who are subject matter experts with the requisite experience, competencies and qualifications for all our training suites and series programmes.
